Would You Be His friend?
Let me ask you a question. If you met the person within yourself in real life as another individual, would you be his friend? Would you be comfortable talking to that person? Would you go to that person for help if you are feeling lost at something? Would that person guide you to get where you want to go?
If you answer ‘yes’ to all of these questions, well, then you should still read this because you will never regret finding the Truth in the end! Keep reading✨
The reasons for asking these questions are pretty simple.
One, in everybody’s life there will be a chapter of loneliness where you have to figure it all out by yourself and there might be no one other than yourself to help you, maybe not even your parents or loved ones. So, it is crucial to know how to talk to yourself and how not to, deal with yourself and your products when you’ve got no one except you. Life is already way more singular than most people think, especially during the hardest times.
Two, even in our everyday lives, we go through so many conversations within ourselves to make small decisions of our life. Throughout these general conversations, it is essential to maintain our mental health for an efficient and happy life. For this, it is important to maintain a good positive relationship with yourself who guides you to do certain things and to not do some.
Let’s see how not to talk to that guy inside you first.
Toxic Self-Talk🫵
The most probable response from yourself when you fail at something is ‘What did you expect?’ or ‘This is what you deserve.’ This is toxic self-talk. It is the most unhealthy and dismissive act that you can do to yourself that will lower your confidence levels and destroy your mental health.
Toxic self-talk will get you nowhere but away from where you want to go and your mental peace.
The most important thing to handle these negative thoughts is to first not believe in anything negative AT ALL.
Whatever the thought is no matter how insignificant it might seem to be, if there is a negative sign to that thought, ditch it immediately. Never believe in those negative thoughts that you produce about yourself. At all. Immediately, replace that with a positive thought. Dr. Joseph Murphy talks about this in his book The Power of Your Subconscious Mind.
He says, never to continue with a negative thought. Replace it immediately with a positive thought to guide yourself in the right direction. Your subconscious mind, which takes everything seriously, will fully believe in that thought and will start producing experiences that support its beliefs. Never believe in negative thoughts about yourself.

Positive Self-Talk🍀
Put two couches side to side like in an interview and put yourself into one of those couches and your inner self that talks to you on the other couch. Talk to that person in front of you and see how he responds. There you can ‘visually’ see how you get involved in toxic self-talk. Talk to that person without negativity (and remember both the people are you) and he will respond to you without toxicity.
The Magic✨
If you watch closely, that person within yourself provides the right piece of information that you want that is most appropriate to you. He provides you with the right piece of advice that will guide you to get where you truly belong.
So, whenever you feel lost at something, jump onto that couch and ask that person for help. He is going to give you the answer that you are searching for that makes the positive difference that you want, because he is literally you, but your higher self!
He is the calm warrior within yourself. He is your life-long guardian for everything that you go through in your life. He has everything that you will ever need to live your life to its full potential.
Talk to that person tonight before sleeping in bed and see the magic for yourself✨
