Have you ever experienced this, when something happens it strongly suggests that it has happened because you believed it would happen. Your belief in something or some event changes your actual perceived experience.
Once you produce a naturally attractive thought, which mostly will be negative, because it’s human nature, then you believe it, and then experiences in the real world would suggest the thing you thought to be true.
Your experiences in the real world would promise the strengthening of your older thoughts. Those experiences would make your belief in your thoughts stronger.
This phenomenon isn’t silly and you can change your life with this if you handle it carefully because this is equally and sometimes more effective on negative, deceiving, and settling thoughts and feelings.
The brain naturally moves toward what it constantly thinks about, both positive as well as negative thoughts.
If the mind is set free and let go freely without control, we all know what would happen. You would fall into mental illness.
This is true because the better you can avoid and distance yourself from negative, deceiving, settling, thoughts and emotions that the human brain naturally moves toward, the more mentally resilient person you can be.
So the first step in developing mental resilience is to be self-aware, to be aware of your own thoughts and watch and predict where they would be heading.
This seemingly simple act of self-observation can have a huge impact on how often you get hurt and how long you stay hurt.
When you are aware of what’s happening in your mind and can recognize which are negative and down-pulling thoughts, you can be far more conscious of your energy level and maintain how you feel, thereby avoiding getting hurt and healing faster.
This is scientifically called “belief effects”.
The better you know yourself, the better you can avoid getting hurt and the faster you can heal, and thus the happier you can live.
So, the more you know yourself, the happier you can be!
