Hey Guys👋
Today I just wanted to share a few thoughts that I had in my mind for a long time that are a bit too short for it to be a single newsletter. So, I have collected a few to share. Hope you enjoy it.
Also, I have some other things to talk about in the end, so keep reading!
🍁Regrets of the Dying
A survey or a study was conducted on old people who were approaching their death. They were asked about the regrets that they have in their life, which they wish, they were able to live, if they could, better.
Their answers were documented which were heart-touching. Their regrets remind us of the actions that we do in our own lives that cause those regrets. This realization is painful and hurts anyone and helps rewire our brains to eliminate those regrets from our future selves, if possible.
I Wish I Lived a Life True to Myself and Not How Others Wanted Me to Be
This world, which heavily talks about being true to ourselves, does not allow us to be true to ourselves. In this world, which constantly criticizes you for your actions, one of the main challenges is to be true to yourself regardless of the external circumstances that you get through.
I Wish I Hadn’t Worked So Hard
Everyone wants a well-settled future, but in search of it, we often forget to live in the present and enjoy the parts of our lives that truly matter. Just a reminder to not work too hard for something that does not provide you value in the end.
I Wish I Had the Courage to Express My Feelings
In this world, that constantly judges other people and criticizes them for their actions, some people might lose their courage to express their feelings.
I Wish I Had Stayed in Touch with my Friends
After all the hard work and achievements what truly matters is the relationships. Running after a goal we often forget our inner self, our inner child.
I Wish I Had Let Myself be Happier
The biggest insight to understand is that happiness is a choice. Holding our happiness for the things that are meaningless in the end can be one’s biggest regrets.
Hope the knowledge of these regrets of the dead made you rethink your life and helped you to live your life ahead better.
🍃Natural Tendencies of Human Lives
So, if you just analyze yourself and human lives in general, you will find that most, if not all, of the natural tendencies of human lives, lead to the destruction of the self in one way or the other, at least in the slightest manner. So what’s the game here?
If we do not have our conscious mind, which makes decisions after analyzing everything, we are a self-destructive machine that is useful to none. All of the masterpieces created in this world are achieved by overcoming these natural tendencies and resistance toward doing hard things.
Just a fascinating subject to think about. Let me know in the comments if you feel the same.
Hope you liked today’s post and found some value in it. The knowledge of the natural tendencies of human beings and the regrets of the dying can have a significant impact on the way people think and live.
If you enjoyed today’s post, hitting that❤️ would make me really happy and would also make this post more discoverable on Substack. Thanks.

Now let’s get into the other stuff.
I need clarification on this:
Is “The Mindset” Too Harsh?
Please tell me what you think through this poll. I really want your feedback at this point.
Here: “Harsh” means strict, unforgiving, and inflexible
